AMA Gold Leader Club Award

Fellow Club Members,

The Lazy Eight Radio Control Club is now an AMA Gold Leader Club!  The presentation of this award took place at our club meeting in September.  AMA District II Associate VP Eric Williams presented the award to the club.  Town of Johnstown Supervisor Roy Palmateer and a Leader-Herald photographer were present at our club meeting for the presentation. All club members are the receipiant of this award, which recognizes the club positive contributions to the sport of aeromodeling.

Charity Air Show - August 21 & 22 2010

The Lazy Eight Radio Control Model Airplane Club will hold it 24th Annual Model Airplane Air Show on Saturday, August 21 and Sunday August 22 2010, at the clubs flying site located on Fulton County Highway 131, Johnstown, N.Y.
